About George Alvarez Jr

As an aspiring entrepreneur, George H. Alvarez Jr. entered

the real estate industry with a thirst for knowledge and

growth. Despite time constraints, he embraced the challenge

of acquiring extensive information on various property types,

ranging from condos to single-family residences (SFR),

ranches, and land. Aligned with the esteemed brokerage of

Intero Real Estate Services, a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate,

George found himself in a supportive environment that

nurtured his development.

Initially, George worked within the respected Vong Group,

led by Erik C. Alvarez and team leader Keith Vong, where he

gained invaluable guidance and expertise. This experience

allowed him to confidently assist clients in their property

transactions. However, in 2024, George decided to take a

bold step and pursue his path as a solo agent, driven by his

entrepreneurial spirit and ambition.

As a solo agent, George continues to leverage the knowledge

and skills he acquired during his time with the Vong Group,

while further honing his expertise in the diverse real estate

market. Whether selling SFR properties or identifying

lucrative investment opportunities in ranches and land, he

remains focused on delivering exceptional service to his

clients. With his name associated with ambition,

independence, and passion for business, George’s

entrepreneurial drive propels him forward, ensuring a
